Virtual Impact
Productions, Inc.
we are committed to providing our nation's students with opportunities
to take advantage of the current technological revolution and to become
competitive, well-educated, well informed, and
savvy learners, able to tackle the problems facing our world
and grow into our next generation's leaders. To facilitate their success,
Virtual Impact Productions,
through our Virtual Education website, has assembled the technological
tools to promote interactive learning and educate each and every student.

| NECESSITY |
| We
saw the necessity to fulfill the growing needs of both our children
and our schools. Since the Fall of 1997 we have designed and implemented
the first virtual classrooms for Central Florida schools. Our
mission is to provide this much needed educational resource
to guide our schools into the 21st Century. |

| REDEFINING |
| Virtual
Impact Productions, Inc.
is redefining the role technology can and will play in our schools.
Through the use of computers and the Internet, communication
between the teacher, the parent,
and the student will be greatly
improved. Virtual classrooms provide an endless and ever changing
global information source for both teachers and students. |

| CHANGING |
| Our
children must be trained and capable of dealing with our rapidly changing
work environment. They need to know how to access, interpret, and
utilize the ever changing information network. Virtual classrooms
can give them the opportunity to have the training and background
necessary to all classrooms in all states across the nation. |
